五花肉（Streaky pork）、梅干菜（Dried pickled mustard greens)

辅料（Accessories）包括但不限于(containing but are not limited to)：  

姜（Ginger）、八角(Star anise)、盐（Edible salt）、酱油(Soy sauce)、糖(Sugar)、料酒 (Seasoning wine)。
